About the Company
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team. You will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects across their entire lifecycle – from planning through execution to closure.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress.

Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and resolve issues efficiently.

Coordinate internal teams and external vendors.

Deliver regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.

Foster strong working relationships with clients and cross-functional departments.

Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate.

Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
Requirements

5–10 years of project management experience.

Strong organizational and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello.

Knowledge of methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2).

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
Preferred:

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.

Experience with remote or cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with budgeting and reporting.
