Job Description:
The Head of AC Engineering will oversee the development and management of the internal AC team responsible for the installation of parks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads a team of Engineers.
- Conducts site visits as required.
- Offers expert guidance on tender submissions.
- Responsible for preparing quotations as part of job responsibilities.
- Generates calculations and reviews those prepared by the Electrical Engineers.
- Serves as the primary contact for modifications and for installers.
- Proposes strategies for cost reduction and enhancements.
- Oversees the quality of deliverables.
- Evaluates efficiency and implements adjustments as needed.
Job requirements:
- Possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate sufficient technical expertise to effectively analyze customer requirements.
- Have relevant field experience, including installations, engineering, and quotation preparation.
- Have a strong understanding of industrial electricity.
- Experience in the photovoltaic sector is a valuable asset.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, with fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
