Head of Electrical Engineering

Job Description:

The Head of AC Engineering will oversee the development and management of the internal AC team responsible for the installation of parks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads a team of Engineers.
• Conducts site visits as required.
• Offers expert guidance on tender submissions.
• Responsible for preparing quotations as part of job responsibilities.
• Generates calculations and reviews those prepared by the Electrical Engineers.
• Serves as the primary contact for modifications and for installers.
• Proposes strategies for cost reduction and enhancements.
• Oversees the quality of deliverables.
• Evaluates efficiency and implements adjustments as needed.

Job requirements:

• Possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate sufficient technical expertise to effectively analyze customer requirements.
• Have relevant field experience, including installations, engineering, and quotation preparation.
• Have a strong understanding of industrial electricity.
• Experience in the photovoltaic sector is a valuable asset.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, with fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
