Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects across their entire lifecycle – from planning through execution to closure.

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress.

• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues efficiently.

• Ensure resources are allocated effectively and all project milestones are met.

• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Foster strong working relationships with clients, team members, and cross-functional departments.

• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.

• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimization.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in project management across any industry

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello.

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English – both written and spoken.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a strong asset.

• Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.

• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Experience in client-facing roles or managing external stakeholders.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage time effectively.
