Engineer – As an Engineer, you develop reliable technical solutions that comply with project requirements, safety standards, and budget constraints. You create detailed designs and documentation while supporting procurement and supplier evaluations. Based on project input and material availability, you plan and coordinate engineering activities efficiently. You combine a strong technical background with analytical thinking, accuracy, and effective communication skills.

• You are responsible for the high-quality design of installations and structures, taking into account the contractual terms, relevant legislation, internal agreements, safety, stability, production possibilities, and the proposed budget.

• You develop precise overview and detailed plans that support assembly, transport, and lifting activities.

• You are responsible for necessary purchasing requirements and assist the Project Manager and Sourcing Officer with evaluating suppliers and quotes.

• You assist the Project Manager with, preparing technical documents such as functional descriptions, maintenance records, post-treatment descriptions, and more.

• Based on input from the Project Manager, delivery times for necessary materials, and the possibilities and needs of the site and shop, you create your own realistic detailed schedule.

Your profile

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial sciences or equivalent through experience.
• You already have a few years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
• You have strong administrative skills: managing schedules, reports, and work orders accurately.
• Knowledge of Creo Parametric and Windchill is an advantage.
• You can read technical drawings, analyze and compare specifications, and summarize them to make informed decisions.
• You follow up and coordinate contracts with subcontractors or suppliers (renewals, new agreements, expiration dates, etc.).
• You are hands-on and able to set priorities to organize your work effectively.
